Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
Have you ever had someone ask how you are doing, and you give them the standard "fine" answer? Because you know that on the outside you look "normal." You have "normal" labs, but you might feel like you are slowly dying on the inside. I get it! I also remember the dismal drag of feeling fatigue, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalance, and stress before I got "sick”,
and my world fell apart.
But, with endings come beginnings, and I can honestly say I am thankful for this healing journey. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't very thankful in the beginning. I was bed-ridden, afraid, confused, a little angry, and unsure of how or when I would heal.
The best advice my doctor gave me was that there was very little conventional medicine could do for me.
What a gift! This sent me on the path to find root causes and real answers instead of pursuing temporary solutions. I used to think healing was a destination. After years of roadblocks, dead ends, and detours, I learned that healing is indeed a journey! I also learned that healing is multi-faceted. There isn't a silver bullet, magic pill, or one-size-fits all program to help you heal. For this reason, I learned to use many different healing modalities. Think of it like a toolbox.
You can't use a hammer to change a tire!
Healing is very individual and needs to dig to the root of the problem instead of mowing down the weedy symptoms it creates. I also want to be up front with you. My health isn't always perfect. By following a protocol to keep brain inflammation manageable, using NES Health Infoceuticals, and resolving trauma, I have improved dramatically.

I am, however, at a point in my healing journey that I can share what I've learned and help others
find the elusive pieces to their health puzzle.
